Boots On The Ground‍

‍Our mission is to provide anonymous, caring and compassionate peer support to First Responders across the Province of Ontario.

Boots On The Ground is a 100% volunteer charity that is run by retired or serving, sworn civilian brothers and sisters. They are there to help Fire Fighters, Police Officers, Paramedics, Nurses, Correctional Officers, Emergency Dispatch Operators and this year the Canadian Military.They are available 24/7 with a multitude of resources for anyone that is in need of PTSD help. They have a Therapy dog Program that offers visits to their First Responder facilities in southern Ontario. They are also looking for dedicated First Responders to assist them to expand across Canada, by opening Boots On The Ground Division in every province. We need to send a big thank you to Dave McLennan a dedicated retired Police Officer. He is the one who was passionate about the impact that exposure to trauma it was having on First Responders and created Boots OnThe Ground.

Special Guest: The Practically Hip‍

The Practically Hip is Canada's number one tribute band of the great Canadian Band The Tragically Hip.  With their experience of more than 20 years of playing all the Hips songs. This five-piece band will give our audience the highest level of energy and musicianship the Hip is known for. With the full experience now more than ever, the band that honors and celebrates the legacy of Gord Downie and The Hip.
