From April till the end of August, Ways to Wellbeing will be running a drop in group for first responders and healthcare professionals. This easy going self-care group is an opportunity to gain some skills, meet interesting people. have some fun, and take your mind off everything else for an hour and a half each Monday from 4:00-5:30PM. There's no need to register ahead of time or to commit to each Monday, our doors are open and you're welcome to attend whenever you feel like it. Please also follow either our Facebook at Ways to Wellbeing or our instagram @waystowellbeingtherapy as this is where we will post updates that are relevant to the group.
