I specialize in supporting individuals with mood disorders, PTSD, complex PTSD, and trauma. I am trained in EMDR, DBT, somatic therapy, psychedelic integration, yoga, and breathwork. I provide weekly individual therapy for people healing from trauma and collaborate with a medical clinic to offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy alongside ketamine infusions. In addition, I facilitate multi-day trauma intensives that integrate extended EMDR sessions with psychedelic work. These programs are designed to help first responders process significant traumatic experiences that have been difficult to resolve with other approaches.
